Installation Policy

• No additional civil work is included, including wall chipping, welding frames, glass or aluminum cutting, or core drilling in ceilings and beams.
• Drains will not be connected to the main drainage system, as this is considered plumbing work.
• New units will not be installed using old pipes. If the customer requests the use of existing pipes, the customer assumes responsibility for any resulting cooling issues.
• Outdoor units will not be installed on Tabouk or white blocks.
• Outdoor units will not be installed at heights exceeding 3 meters.
• No responsibility will be accepted for broken or blocked pipes or for modifications to décor after pipes have been properly installed.
• Operating the inverter unit using a generator will void the warranty.
• For single-phase systems, the power point must be arranged close to the indoor unit. For three-phase systems, it must be located near the outdoor unit.
