Delete your account
You can easily delete your Twenty Five account through the app settings.
Please follow the steps below to complete the process:
Steps
- Go to Settings in the app.
- Select Delete Account.
- Choose a reason for deletion.
- Confirm your registered phone number.
- Tap Confirm Deletion to submit your request.
What Happens Next?
- Your account will be deactivated and the deletion process will begin.
- Some data may be retained for up to 120 days for legal or operational purposes.
- You can log back in during this period to cancel your deletion request if you change your mind.
- After this period, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Important Notes
- Your account cannot be recovered after permanent deletion.
- Phone number confirmation is required to complete the process.
- Some data may not be deleted immediately due to legal or regulatory requirements.
